Ericka Meens, CEO of Promotion Recruiting & Consulting is a leader   in the recruiting industry with over 15 years of experience.  She has served in positions at the University of South Carolina as Recruiting Manager and in the SC State Budget and Control Board as HR Generalist and Contract Liaison.  She has provided hiring partners and managers with the best candidates and managed  recruiting activities for hundreds of companies. 

Currently, she owns and operates the firm which is based in Columbia, SC.  She networks daily with Hiring Partners and Firm Administrators in the legal industry throughout the Eastern, US to provide career placement for associates, in-house counsel and partners.
